We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. But there is a solution for every problem. If you have a problem with an item you purchased in a physical store, please contact them directly, we will do everything we can to provide a solution as soon as possible.

If there isn't really a problem, but you changed your mind after purchasing on our official online store (www.myfirstcollection.be), you may return your product(s) within a delay of 14 calender days after reception.

  • Returned products must be : intact, unworn, unwashed, unused and all accessories and all labels sewn on the inside, and labels on the outside, in their original packaging and with all packaging labels

  • All our products  are equipped with a secure cardboard hang-tag label by means of a 'SEAL LOCK'. Make sure the cord has not been cut. If it is cut : this will be seen as a used product, which will not be refunded.

  • Any incomplete, damaged or stained returned product will not be refunded. 

  • Complete the form on this page before returning goods.

  • Return at your own risk & costs.

  • Return address : WD Diffusion nv, Oude Beselarestraat 52, 8940 Wervik, Belgium.

  1. Put the items you want to return in the shipping box.

  2. Stick a return label on the box and remove or cover the original shipping label.

  3. Bring the package to a post office or transport company of your choice.

  4. Use always a courrier with 'track & trace' system, so we can follow your return.
